The Department of Mathematics is based on teaching that has integration, academic excellence and tolerance as its pillars, mainly focused on the approach and resolution of problems in a context that favors and promotes both the ability to reason and to communicate.

We fully trust that the approach of posing and solving problems must be the center of the teaching-learning process. Students should be given the opportunity to face problems that involve a permanent challenge.

We believe that fluid communication between all the school's stakeholders contributes to achieving better achievements in mathematical learning, helping to develop a positive attitude towards mathematics on the part of our students.
