It is in the context of the comprehensive education that our School seeks for each of our students, where the work carried out by the Department of School Coexistence acquires fundamental importance. The above, sustained in the various functions it develops, which aim at the consolidation by our students of the values delivered by their families. An example of this is the development of basic social skills such as respect for diversity, the expression of feelings constructively, the recognition of one's own weaknesses, as well as those of others, and the ability to reflect on those behaviors that may hinder healthy school coexistence. The latter understood as a life lesson.<\/p>

Our accompaniment has a transcendental impact on the achievement of learning, since we are assisted by the conviction that it is not possible to develop the set of skills proposed by the curriculum, if regulated classroom environments are not fostered, in which each student contributes with his or her discipline, to the maximum development of his or her potential.<\/p>

All of the above is not possible if there is no commitment and direct link on the part of the family, with which we create support networks so that our students understand that they are being trained for life in society, and not only to face a future with individual successes that remain simply in the cognitive. We think that the only way to form integral people is by working on the development of self-discipline, where the concept of empathy acquires real meaning. That is why we strive and will continue to do so, to create habits and guide behaviors that favor a healthy coexistence based on respect, reflection, self-care and awareness of being people, who develop in an environment called society.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Departamento de Convivencia Escolar Es en el contexto de la formaci\u00f3n integral que nuestro Colegio busca para cada uno de nuestros estudiantes, donde adquiere fundamental importancia la labor desempe\u00f1ada por el Departamento de Convivencia Escolar. Lo anterior, sostenido en las diversas funciones que desarrolla, que apuntan a la consolidaci\u00f3n por parte de nuestros alumnos de los valores entregados por sus familias. Un ejemplo de esto lo constituye el desarrollo de habilidades sociales b\u00e1sicas como \u00a0el respeto por la diversidad, la expresi\u00f3n de sentimientos constructivamente, el reconocimiento de sus propias debilidades, as\u00ed como las de otros, y la capacidad de reflexionar en torno a aquellas conductas que puedan dificultar la sana convivencia escolar. Esto \u00faltimo entendido como un aprendizaje de vida. Nuestro acompa\u00f1amiento tiene un impacto trascendental en el logro de los aprendizajes, pues nos asiste la convicci\u00f3n de que no es posible desarrollar el conjunto de habilidades propuestas por el currr\u00edculum, si no se propician ambientes de aula regulados, en los que cada alumno aporta con su disciplina, al desarrollo m\u00e1ximo de sus potenciales. Todo lo planteado, no resulta posible si no existe el compromiso y vinculaci\u00f3n directa por parte de la familia, con las que creamos redes de apoyo para que nuestros estudiantes comprendan que se est\u00e1n formando para la vida en sociedad, \u00a0y no solo para enfrentar un futuro con \u00e9xitos individuales que se queden simplemente en lo cognitivo. Pensamos que la \u00fanica manera de formar personas integrales, es trabajando en el desarrollo de la autodisciplina, donde el concepto de empat\u00eda adquiere real significado. Es por esto, que nos esforzamos y seguiremos haci\u00e9ndolo, en crear h\u00e1bitos y guiar conductas que favorezcan una sana convivencia basada en el respeto, la reflexi\u00f3n, el autocuidado y la conciencia de ser personas, que se desenvuelven en un medio llamado sociedad.
